Since 2010, Elisabeth Neufeld has held a license as a massage therapist, having completed her training at Ocean’s Massage Spa & School, where she undertook a comprehensive 500-hour course. Ms. Neufeld's commitment to excellence extends beyond graduation, as she consistently pursues additional education through various courses to refine her skills. Driven by a deep-seated desire to enhance the well-being of others, she finds fulfillment in her role as a massage therapist. Recognizing the manifold benefits of massage therapy in fostering relaxation, alleviating discomfort, and mitigating stress, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal health and vitality. Specializing in Swedish massage, she employs techniques that invigorate the body and promote overall wellness, aiming to facilitate healing through her practice. Beyond Ms. Neufeld's professional pursuits, she values quality time spent with her family and takes delight in the companionship of her two cherished dogs, Elvis and Buddy. Dominique Abercrombie-Gonzales, a proud alumnus of Texas Tech University, holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, boasting over 34 years of dedication to health and wellness. With a rich background in education, including roles as a high school English teacher, girls athletic coach, and cheer coach, she recently served as an FSW for HeadStart at Colonial Heights. Presently, she serves as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional at LBSSLC, where she directly engages with intellectually disabled individuals during the day. Three years ago, she transitioned from teaching group fitness to founding Calm Hearts Therapeutic in Brownfield, Texas, driven by her passion to assist others in achieving optimal health and wellness. Her journey in therapeutic techniques began at Oceans Massage School in Lubbock, Texas, furthering her expertise at the Texas Laser Institute in Dallas. As a licensed massage therapist and certified laser technician specializing in advanced body contouring and skin tightening, Ms. Abercrombie-Gonzales offers an array of modalities tailored to individual needs. Among the services she provides are Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic massage, and post-surgical recovery through lymphatic therapy. Additionally, offering cupping for muscle soreness and injuries, along with body contouring using ultrasound cavitation, radio frequency, LED, and mechanical modalities to target stubborn fat cells. Clients can also indulge in radio frequency facials paired with reflexology foot massages, leg and arm slimming treatments, as well as BBL and enhanced BBL (Brazilian butt lift) procedures. At Renewal Spa in Brownfield, Ms. Abercrombie-Gonzales eagerly joins the team for evening shifts from 6:30-9:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9am-4pm. Men and women alike are warmly welcomed and offered complimentary consultations to help tailor treatments to individual goals. Jennifer, began her journey in Massage School in 2022, where she attended Oceans Massage Spa and School, in Lubbock, TX completing a 500 hour course including 50 hours of internship. Jennifer graduated Massage school in June 2023, and earned her license as a Massage Therapist in November 2023. Specialties include: • Swedish Massage- involves light, gentle strokes; this technique is most common as it is relaxing and calming. • •Therapeutic Massage, a modality that manipulates the soft tissue of the whole body to bring generalized improvements in health, such as relaxation or improved sleep - specific physical benefits, such as relief of muscular aches and pains. • Hot Stone Massage - stones incorporated to helps relax tense muscles and damaged tissue. • Deep tissue massage, helps improve posture by addressing underlying tension and muscle imbalances in the body. It stretches and loosens tight muscles, improves joint flexibility through circulation, releases endorphins, and reduces tension and stress. Advance Training includes: •Advance Techniques in Shoulder Massage, used for improvement in Range of Motion ( ROM) and helps reduce inflammation. •Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) a painless and gentle, hands-on massage technique used to release tension around the body’s connective tissue known as fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatments. This technique is suitable for those who suffer with fibromyalgia.
